▸ Overview

The CJC-1295 + MK-677 combination joins the subcutaneous GHRH stimulus of CJC-1295 with the oral secretagogue MK-677. The result is sustained stimulation of the GH/IGF-1 axis from two distinct mechanisms: pituitary (CJC) and ghrelin-mimetic (MK-677).

▸ Mechanism of action

• CJC-1295 acts subcutaneously on pituitary GHRH-R; MK-677 acts orally on GHSR-1a.
• Complementary mechanisms of action: CJC-1295 stimulates GH release 1–2x/week; MK-677 raises it continuously 24h/day.
• The combination produces a more sustained, stable IGF-1 elevation than either component alone.
• MK-677 covers the periods between CJC-1295 doses, avoiding troughs in GH levels.
