The Ipamorelin + MK-677 combination is a dual GH secretagogue acting through complementary routes: Ipamorelin stimulates the GHSR-1a receptor subcutaneously; MK-677 does so orally and in a sustained way. Ideal for researching GH-axis stimulation without the GHRH component.

• A dual GH secretagogue: Ipamorelin activates GHSR-1a subcutaneously; MK-677 does the same orally over 24h.
